the latest info

Allison's condition has taken a turn for the worse. Her fever was not due to infection as previously thought, but was part of the leukemia disease. The cancer has affected her entire body causing her liver and spleen to become severely enlarged.

On Thursday evening she was transported to pediatric ICU at a different facility for further evalution. Several tests were run over the time we were there, which found that she has several complications.

We've now returned to her original hospital where further decisions will be made about her care. Please keep her, our family, and her care team in your thoughts and prayers.
In appreciation of your love and concern, please know that we will not be accepting visitors at this time. If you are interested in visiting the family, please contact Ricky B. at: [info removed]

With Love,

  2. Im very upset to hear about Precious Baby Allison, Every ounce of my heart goes out to you both Nicole and Shaun , and i will continue to pray for you both to have the strengh you need at these moments. Allison touched my heart the moment i seen her beautiful little face on the news for her bone marrow drive, i went the next morning and registered to be a bone marrow donor. I just want you to know that your baby girl Allison really really touched my heart it's because of your baby girl that i now understand the impotance of bone marrow, and it is because of her that i am now a member of "be the match" organization. I will forever have Allison and her story in my heart. Your in my thoughts and prayers. with lots of love Angie Garcia.

  5. Nicole and Shaun,

We've never met in real life but I "met" Nicole on The Knot many, many years ago.

There are no words to express my heart felt sorrow when I heard your Allison grew her wings to be with our Father in heaven. There is no doubt she is dancing, playing and looking down on you so proud to have such wonderful parents. She truly touched hearts while she was here on earth and will never, evre be forgotten.

Your family and Allison will be in my prayers today and for days to come.
